Elements of a website refer to a wide range of items, such as content, images, fonts, how things are presented to a visitor, grammar, and more. In my years of creating websites, I constantly see others missing essential elements to their website. In this article we will go through these essential elements.
Website Must Have’s
Yup, you read that right! The main pages that the public can see are now available.
If you’ve been following the process of this launch, you’ll also notice that if you type into your web address bar in your browser window, http://webdesignnewbie.com, you will be greeted with a new page! That splash page I had up is now gone.
There are still some areas that need to be filled, such as the library and store inventory. However, the majority of the main pages are accessible by all.
The official launch date for WebDesignNewbie.com is set for February 2, 2008. It is my goal to have the main public pages online and available for viewing by tomorrow evening, 11pm EST, the latest. The week before the launch I will be announcing here and within my own personal weblog the pre-launch opening. Those that get in the doors then will have advanced notice of when seats for my web design one-on-one coaching will be available, including other bonuses.
